Among them is CamSight, a family of thermal camera modules that can be integrated into all types of observation and surveillance systems for enhanced day and night vision. Aimed at integrators and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), these infrared surveillance cameras offer improved day and night vision capabilities for many applications: solutions for dismounted soldiers, light and armored vehicles, surface ships, autonomous sensors, tethered aerostats, UAVs, UGVs, USVs, critical infrastructure surveillance systems,… Lightweight, compact and low SWaP, these thermal camera modules deliver high quality thermal imagery that significantly improves day and night vision and situational awareness in the field.

Bertin Winlight also develops PeriSight, a scalable optronic solution for military vehicles that consists in a set of thermal camera modules distributed throughout the vehicle, covering two main applications: day and night vision enhancement and local situational awareness during operations. This perimeter surveillance equipment can be adapted to any type of platform, from armored to reconnaissance vehicles, depending on the users’ requirements. Whatever its configuration, this high performance optronic solution enhances crew safety and resilience, giving them the confidence they need to continue their mission.
